On behalf of the University, the meeting was attended by the Rector of the DUTH, Professor Fotios Maris, the Vice Rector, Professor Konstantinos Halioris, Professor Maria Michalopoulou, member of the Management Council and members of the University's administration and services. Also taking part were Mr. Apostolos Papadopoulos on behalf of FCNC (financial consultant), Mr. Christos Utsios on behalf of Samaras & Co. (technical advisor) and Mr. Petros Sfikakis on behalf of the law firm LEXPARTNERS (legal advisor).
LEXPARTNERS are legal advisors to the University of Thrace, as the contracting authority, for the entire tender process and the signing of the partnership agreement.

Workshop on the progress of the University of Thrace PPP tender
A working meeting was held in Komotini on Friday 20 October 2023 between the University and the project consultants in order to review the progress of the PPP tender for the dormitories and other infrastructure of the Democritus University of Thrace.
