Following an assignment from a corporate client, , LEXPARTNERS undertook the provision of legal advisory services for the investment participation of a Venture Capital Fund in a company with a main focus on livestock farming in combination with biogas and electricity production and composting processing of the final residues. Following the assignment of ELLINIKO M.A.E., a company of the LAMDA DEVELOPMENT SA group, LEXPARTNERS undertook the provision of legal advisory services to the seller for the conclusion of definitive contracts for the transfer of horizontal properties in the residential tower Riviera Tower in the Metropolitan City of Elliniko - Ag. Kosmas.

Following an assignment from SCD GROUP companies, LEXPARTNERS undertook the provision of legal services for the joint demerger of a limited liability company that owns and holds a portfolio of real estate including the hotel complex "PENTELIKON" located in Kifissia, Attica, by absorption from two other limited liability companies, including the following matters: Corporate resolutions for the commencement of the demerger operations, determination of the exchange ratio, drafting of a joint draft demerger agreement, corporate resolutions approving the joint draft demerger agreement, board reports on legal and financial aspects of the transformation, independent experts' report and relevant letters from shareholders, legal control of real estate, notarial acts of merger, registrations at the General Register of Companies, etc. The transformation is currently in progress.

the legal control of the land parcels that make up the terrestrial zone of the Metropolitan City of Hellenic - Agios Kosmas, the seashore and the beach, as they were zoned by virtue of a large number of administrative acts. In particular, we successfully carried out the following, among others:
Thorough legal control of the ownership of the properties of the former Hellinikon Airport, the National Youth Sports Centre (E.A.K.N.) of Agios Kosmas, Attica and the former Olympic Sailing Centre (Marina) of Ag. Following the assignment of BITROS METALLOURGIKI SA, LEXPARTNERS undertook the provision of legal advisory services for the conclusion of an agreement with the company
SIDMA SA and the creditor banks, for the transfer of assets and liabilities against securities and in particular for the transfer of assets and liabilities relating to the trading of steel products to cover the increase of SIDMA's share capital. The transfer was successfully completed.
