JUDICIAL INTERMEDIATION (Art. 214B CCP) - Resolution of a dispute concerning the amount of the rent paid
Following an assignment from our corporate client, LEXPARTNERS was retained to represent the tenant of a major facility in resolving a dispute with the landlord regarding the adjustment of the rent paid, initially by filing a lawsuit and subsequently by court mediation, pursuant to Article 214B of the Civil Code, and with the aim of resolving the relevant private law dispute in a conciliatory manner, including the drafting and signing of the relevant Mediation Act.

Following an award by OASA, in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Partnership Contract for the Design, Financing, Installation, Operation Support, Maintenance and Technical Management of an Integrated Passenger Information System and Fleet Management, LEXPARTNERS undertook to represent the Contracting Authority before a 3-member Expert Committee to resolve a dispute with the contractor Private Partnership Entity under an amicable settlement.
